Service Description
As per your requirement, it may include (but not limited to): - Deep cleaning including Windows, doors, balconies etc. - Cooking - Ironing - Elderly / Kids / Infant care - Assisting in shopping etc.
Cancellation Policy
1. You can reschedule a single Session on the Website, free of charge, up to twelve (12) hours before the Scheduled Booking Time. 2. If you reschedule a single Session within twelve (12) to eight (8) hours before the Scheduled Booking Time, you will have to pay a penalty equivalent to one hour’s worth of the Booked Service Fee. Please call us for re-scheduling. 3. If you reschedule a single Session within eight (8) hours before the Scheduled Booking Time to any time thereafter, you will have to pay a penalty equivalent to the full amount of the Booked Service Fee. 4. In case of cancellation of a session, any refund will not be issued. However, the cancelled session will be credited back to your SPJ Helping Hands booking account, which you can redeem later within specified duration. 5. Our office hours for manual booking and other communications are Mon - Sun: 8 am to 6 pm.
